All of our monitors are shipped from our headquarters in Berlin or from our warehouses located in Amsterdam, depending on stock availability and the customer's location.

The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, which may vary depending on the region. For Eastern European countries and remote areas, delivery time may be slightly longer.

Deliveries to Germany and the Netherlands can be made as soon as the next day.We use DHL Express service exclusively for shipping. In Berlin, in some specific cases, delivery may be made via same-day courier service, with prior notice.

If the device presents any manufacturing defect or malfunction within 1 year (365 days) from the date of receipt, the customer will be entitled to a replacement product or a refund. For this, we will provide a shipping label, and the device must be shipped via postal service according to the instructions provided. The refund will be processed as soon as the monitor is received and verified, using the same payment method as the purchase, except in the case of payment by bank slip.If you wish to return the product due to regret, this can be done within up to 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt, provided that the item is in perfect condition, accompanied by the original packaging and all its accessories.
