BLEVIR Exchange Policy

Effective as of January 2020.

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 60 days from the date of receiving your order at your address.

Conditions for Exchange: To proceed with an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use, essentially in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it is essential that the item is in its original packaging. In the case of malfunction, all our monitors come with a 1-year warranty. If any issues occur, we will either send a replacement monitor or, if preferred by the customer, provide a full refund.

How to Request an Exchange: Send an email to support@blevir.com, stating your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange. You will receive our contact details along with the necessary information to proceed with the exchange.

Conditions for Return Due to Buyer's Remorse: If you change your mind about the purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days from the date of receiving it at your address.

How to Request a Return Due to Buyer's Remorse: Send an email to support@blevir.com, stating your full name and order number. You will receive the refund within 10 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected when making the purchase, with no additional cost to you.

Defective Products: According to Brazilian legislation, in the case of items with manufacturing defects, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your order at your address.

How to Request a Return for Defective Products: Send an email to support@blevir.com, stating your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will assess your case within 10 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you selected when making the purchase, or you can choose another monitor from our website at no additional cost.

Returning Products: In accordance with Consumer Rights, the return shipping costs for returns due to buyer's remorse or defective manufacturing will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

You will receive a return authorization code via email after your exchange or return request, and you should drop off the merchandise at a local post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we recommend using the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if undamaged) or an appropriate box that preserves the items during transportation.
