The average estimated delivery time for our products is 3 business days, with rare exceptions taking up to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service delays.

Tracking and Notifications:

All purchases come with a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 2 business days. This code allows you to track your order from its departure point until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Process:

Shipments are handled exclusively by our designated courier service. In some cases, like the recipient being absent or delivery restrictions in certain regions, our courier service may leave a notice for the customer to pick up the products.

Multiple Products and Shipments:

For orders with 2 or more products, they may be shipped separately, each with its tracking code.

Address Confirmation:

Please review the delivery address carefully to ensure timely delivery. Note that the address cannot be changed 24 hours after placing the order, as the product separation for shipping begins within that timeframe. Cancellations are also not possible after 24 hours.

Tracking Information:

As it is a domestic shipment, tracking information on our courier service's website may take 2 to 3 business days to appear after receiving the tracking code. Products damaged during transportation are the responsibility of the courier service.

Incorrect Address or Insufficient Information:

Customers are responsible for verifying the delivery address before confirming the purchase. If a product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient data, it is the customer's responsibility. If there is an unsuccessful delivery attempt, and the product is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender. A new delivery timeframe starts after the re-sending confirmation, recorded in the order's profile.

Re-shipping:

In the case of re-shipping, a new delivery timeframe will apply.
