All of our monitors are shipped from our headquarters in Berlin or from our warehouses located in Amsterdam, depending on stock availability and the customer's location. The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, which may vary depending on the region.
For Eastern European countries and remote areas, delivery time may be slightly longer. Deliveries to Germany and the Netherlands can be made as soon as the next day. We use DHL Express service exclusively for shipping. In Berlin, in some specific cases, delivery may be made via same-day courier service, with prior notice.All our shipments are insured and there are no additional fees. If the device presents any manufacturing defect or malfunction within 1 year (365 days) from the date of receipt, the customer will be entitled to product replacement or refund. For this, we will provide a shipping label, and the device must be shipped via postal service according to the instructions sent. Compatible with all models that have USB-C or HDMI. USB-C connection requires only one cable, while HDMI requires two cables.
**Macs**
